VW Affiliate AutoVision Relies on DHC Vision for Business Process Management
AutoVision GmbH chose DHC Vision for process management after an intensive selection process. All process models and information on business processes which is stored in documents will, in the future, be administered centrally. In addition, approval, allocation and control of business processes will be implemented via DHC Vision. The user can access all the information which is relevant to the process via a click on the so-called process cockpits. For this purpose, the business process models created in Microsoft office Visio will, as a first step, be transformed to DHC Vision and in there linked with documents. The second project step involves adopting a process oriented business controlling on the basis of the balanced scorecards in DHC Vision.
AutoVision’s major requirement of business process management software was an integrated representation of all the process-relevant information and operands at a glance. The decisive criteria were usability, user friendliness and content presentation in intranet. The goal is to provide a precise presentation of contents which are necessary for managing their operations.
